Sure. We also accept money orders and cashier's
checks. You can fill out the form found here.
Sure. Actually about 20% of our sales come from
outside the US. There are several ways to
order. If you're paying with credit card (Paypal)
you must have a confirmed shipping address. You can use the shopping cart as you normally
would then after checkout we will pack your order and
calculate your shipping options. We'll then
email you your shipping options and request additional
payment. Keep in mind, only Express Mail
includes international insurance & tracking and it is
expensive (+$20). We can ship cheaper (first class or
priority mail) but you would have to pay with money
order or bank transfer.
To avoid the need to make two payments, you can email
your orders or fill out the form here.
Once your order is packed, we'll email you your shipping
options with payment instructions.
Shipping is free on all orders however there is a $3.85
handling charge for orders under $20. If your order
totals $20.00 or more, the handling fee is waived.

Typically you can expect to see your item within 5-10
business days. Most items are shipped USPS First
Class or Priority Mail. Larger items may be shipped Parcel
Post or UPS Ground. Software is shipped via Media
Mail. Media mail is not known for its speed but more
for its value (typically items take 1-2 weeks to arrive).
Faster shipping methods are available. Just email us
with your mailing address for a quote prior to your order.
Once your order has shipped it cannot be escalated.

5-10 business days (7-14 business days for software),
