How do I place an order?

Our shopping cart is powered by Paypal however you don't need actually need a Paypal account to complete checkout. Just select the "Don't have a Paypal Account" link on the payment page.

Can I pay with a personal check?

Yes.  We also accept money orders and cashier's checks.  You can fill out the form found here.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes however if paying with Paypal/credit card a confirmed shipping address is required and you must choose a traceable shipping method.  Our shopping cart system is not able to calculate international S&H options accurately.  Please email us a list of the products you wish to purchase and your shipping location (or fill out the form here) and we will calculate your shipping options.   Keep in mind, only Express Mail includes international insurance & tracking and it is expensive (+$30). We can ship cheaper (first class or priority mail) but you would have to pay with money order or bank transfer.

How much is shipping?

S&H rates vary based on your shipping location & weight.  You can calculate your S&H options by clicking the "Shipping Estimate" button at the bottom of your shopping cart page.  Standard shipping is free for US over $20.  Once you have $20 or more worth of products in your cart there will be a "free economy shipping" option during checkout.

Where is my order?

Typically US customers can expect to see your item within 5-10 business days depending on which shipping method you choose and your location.  Please note software, books & movies are shipped via Media Mail if you choose the free shipping offer.  Media mail is not known for its speed but more for its value (typically items take 1-2 weeks to arrive).  All orders usually ship out within one business day and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.  Once your order has shipped it cannot be escalated.
