Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect,
practice, and emphasize in our theme designs.
Please understand that Knight Discount's prices are much lower than you will
find at most retail stores. To stay competitive we have to keep our prices as
low as possible. With that in mind, all sales should be considered final. We do
not accept returns unless the product you received is DOA at the time of
delivery. If this happens, we must be notified within 7 days of the delivery

defective - in which case we can only replace it with the same title which
will be tested before shipping. CD keys will not be replaced.
- S&H charges are non-refundable.
